  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and freight forwarding addresses (P.O. box/casilleros).

  • For freight forwarders/casilleros: Our responsibility ends once the package is delivered to the forwarding address. We are not responsible for the handling, delays, or issues that may occur during international shipping from your freight forwarder to your destination.

โฑ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are handed off to the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS) within this timeframe.

๐Ÿš› Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard shipping takes approximately 3โ€“5 business days within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays, weather, or other service disruptions.

  • If you need priority or expedited shipping, please contact us directly before placing your order to arrange the service and confirm availability.

  • We offer a flat rate for all standard shipments.

  • This flat rate applies to individual orders shipped within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

  • All shipments include basic insurance coverage through UPS or the selected carrier.
